Janan Shanti (Shanti after birth)
The Sanskrit word Nakshatra means “that which does not decay”. A Nakshatra is one of the 27 sectors of the great circle representing the apparent annual path of the moon in the lunar planetary house system of Hindu astrology.
The nakshatra in which your moon is placed at the time of your birth is called your Janma Nakshatra. This janma nakshatra has also got its influence on you. Our janam Nakshatra points towards our attitude , physical appearance and future. Birth Nakshatra determines the thinking pattern, destiny, instincts and also governs the subconscious aspects of personality.
Nakshatra shanti puja
The Nakshatra shanti puja is aimed at neutralizing the bad effects of the nakshatras prevailing at the time of birth of an individual. The motto of the puja is to nullify the malefic effects of the planets in their main periods(mahadasa) or sub periods(antardasa) and to attain good (beneficial ) results from the same planets.
Nakshatra Shanti puja aims at correcting and pacifying the presiding deities of the nakshatras through various processes mentioned in the scriptures.
Our Shastras adivsed that if a child born in few harmful nakshatras, their parents need to perform remedies (Shanti puja) for those nakshtras before coming of that nakshtra (Means it should be done within 27 days of child birth) Children Born in below given Nakshatras will have Nakshatra dosha. Parents need to perform Nakshatra Shanti puja for these Nakshatras. This puja will help in nullifying doshas caused by given nakshatras and gives healthy and happy life to child as well as parents.

The nakshtra/rashi is worshipped in the prescribed ritualistic manner with mantras and offerings. We get an inner strength and confidence along with desirable results. Sometimes we achieve them instantaneously and in certain cases but not always they are slow. But they are certain to occur. Rashi/Nakshatra shanti pooja is performed every year on the birth nakshtra/rashi to give protection and better results throughout the year. Generally, this puja is conducted on the birthday of the person as per the Hindu system of Tithis, not the Gregorian calendar.
It comprises of Ayushyahoma, Mrityunjayahoma, NavagrahaDosha Puja, SaptaChiranjeevi Puja, Pran Prathista, Shodash opachara poojan, Namavali, Brihad mantraJapa, Poornahuti, Homa and Visarjan which in turn are done by our special Brahmins .
This puja can also be performed at your home under the guidance of our experienced Guruji.
